So as you can probably tell I'm new here, in fact, this is my first post!!
I don't want to tell you much about myself except for the fact that I'm a poor college student and I love food. Also I'll be attending culinary school here in a few weeks....
So mainly my posts will be about food. Things I ate today. Things I'm working on. Recipes I've made and Recipes I've found. You can see from my tabs I'm gonna do a lot of different things. But the main one is taking good ideas and putting new spins on them. Or dumbing them down so anybody can do them. Or making them less expensive. Or maybe more expensive, but better. I want to try new things, and I want to do it too!!
So to start this off, I've begun working on making some mini pizzas. Yeah we've all had them before. But I want to make them better, and keep them cheap for anyone to make. I also want them to be quick. Something you can put together easily and make like 50 of them in an hour for a party or something.
So here is a quick preview of how my "Scientific Method" works. First I want to simplify it. Make it basic and bring it to the core values I want out of it. Then after that I want tweak it. Make additions. Make it better. Change it up. Make it into something new. And finally I want to finish it. Take all of the info I've found and make one fantastic dish. That's easy. The hard part is to hold onto those values. To keep the core.
I'll post the results of the mini pizzas soon :)
